Malaysian whose working in Singapore will definitely miss the number of public holidays received in Malaysia.
Yes, I am Malaysian and I miss Malaysia :-(
I enjoy working there because on average, each months you will have 1 or 2 days public holiday, which you cannot ask in Singapore.
Sultan birthday, Awal Muharram, Federal Day, Chinese new year, Hari Raya and so on and so forth will be declares as a holiday. Let's compare the number here.
Singapore Public Holidays - 11 Days
Malaysia Public Holidays - 26 Days
In 2008, Singapore only have 11 and Malaysia have 17 (exclude regional holidays) days of holidays.
I envy Malaysian workers. Lazy bum like me shouldn't go to Singapore and should remain in Malaysia instead.

Due to Lehman Brothers Holdings declare bankruptcy causing the upheaval on Wall Street and less damage from the hurrican lke to the oil and gas infrastructure. The oil price pullback accelerated and went down to less than $100 per barrel.
The global oil price drop significantly from records high $147 per barrel drop until less than $100 per barrel? But why are we still paying RM2.55 per litre?
Malaysia government has promised their people's they will reduce the price when the global oil price dropped and maintain around $120 - $130 per barrel. Now, the price has dropped even more than expected, so we definitely should enjoy cheaper oil price.
Hope they will keep their promise and revise the price soon.

Wikimapia is like a web based google earth + wiki. You may only use it to search the maps that have been already marked with place name and description, or you may add your own description to the unmark place in the map.
To add a place, just follow carefully the step by step guide from Matt Jones Blog.
The steps are pretty simple, just plot your location, add title, description & category and wait for the approval. That's it, as long as you didn't add any silly info, they will approve your request.
For all my friends who wanted to pay me a visit, I have added the place I stay in wikimapia, so it will be easier for you guys to find me :-)
How to use Wikimapia to find ME:

Recently, 2 of my best friends just losses someone they love and enter into grieving.
~ No one die la
Just they have broke up with their GF's.
Is Understandable when losing someone means so much to you, the pain can be fatal.
They cried, trying to use their tears to denial the loss is real.
They fought, fighting for the eternity of love.
They got drunk, trying to paralyze their wounded soul.
They regretted and blamed themselves for their incapable to ask her to stay.
Sigh..
The reasons for this break up, is their GF's has lost their patience in the relationship and the love has faded away, moreover, they have someone else in their mind. Even my friend don't mind and trying to ask for the second chance but being rejected.
Come on ....
After so many years together, how can they be so cruel and give up the relationship so easily.
Anyway, she's is gone my friend and life still goes on. Cheer up and you have to believe, the endings are beginnings Of beautiful things.
It will be a great event for all the F1 fevers in Singapore, to be able to participates the first F1 Grand Prix in Singapore and the World's first F1 night race. The F1 teams will travel to Singapore and the race will begins at 26 Sept 2008 held in the Marina Bay area.
To be honest, I'm not a great fans of F1, but I would love to take part in this historical moment. Therefore, I went to their offical website http://www.singaporegp.sg/index.php to check out the ticket price.
As expected, the ticket doesn't come cheap. The cheapest you can get is S$248 at bay grandstand section and the highest price is S$2588 at Esplanade Premier section as the ticket price vary by section. Check out the following map for seating plan.
If the price is acceptable to you, you can purchase the ticket via their website http://www.singaporegp.sg/ticket/index.php..
In Singapore, every year they have Great Singapore Sale (GSS), and now Malaysia also have Malaysia Savers Sale (MSS).
I can't help but to think that they really don't have any creativity. People got GSS and now we got MSS. Anyway, MSS will be held from Nov 29 to Jan 4, 2009.
If there is any goods you want to buy, be patient and wait for another month, then you will get it with cheaper price. While the petrol price are flying high causing inflation, most Malaysian are struggle to cope with recession, so is good to spend wisely.
Like what my friend once told me, "Every penny saved is every penny earned". Therefore, earn as much as you can while spending. Haha

5) ID ten T error
I was having trouble with my computer. So I called Richard , the 11 year old next door, whose bedroom looks like Mission Control, to come over. Richard clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.
As he was walking away, I called after him, "So, what was wrong?"
"It was an ID ten T error," he replied.
I didn't want to appear stupid, but nonetheless inquired, "An, ID ten T error? What's that ... uh ... in case I need to fix it again?"
Richard grinned ... "Haven't you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?"
"No," I replied.
"Write it down," he said, "and I think you'll figure it out."
So I wrote down: I D 1 0 T .....
I used to like Richard.
